NO PROBLEM WITH RAW MATERIALS

In raw material storage of edible oils, continuous level measurement is essential. This is easily done with Nivelco's Microtrek HTN-4-4 guided microwave level transmitters. We also recommend Nivorota EKH-7 rotary paddle or Nivoswitch RRH-3 vibrating fork level switches for low/high level indication.

LEVEL CONTROL IN MIXING TANKS

The production of the filler liquid takes place in the mixing tanks. To control this process, you can use Microtrek HHQ-413-4 type guided microwave level transmitters for continuous level measurement.

EVAPORATION PROCESS UNDER PRECISE CONTROL

The evaporation process separates oil from the solvent. Thermocont TTJ-511-6EX temperature transmitters and Unicont PMG-400 universal controllers are used to control this process.

PERFECT MEASUREMENT IN THE FEED PLANT

In animal feed mixing plants, Nivelco's MicroTREK HTN-4 guided radar level transmitters are used for continuous level measurement in stock storage, premix and finished product silos. Nivoswitch RCM-401-3 or Nivoswitch RFM-401-0 vibrating fork level switches are recommended for low/high level indication.
