EASYTREK – Liquid Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

EasyTREK high performance Liquid Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is based on NIVELCO’s 35 years of integrated ultrasonic experience.

Level measurement provides the answer with EasyTREK and EchoTREK transmitters for liquid (fluid) level measurement in tanks, tank content measurement or open channel level flow measurement. When measured on the tank roof or above the liquid surface, the transmitters output analog output proportional to the liquid level or transmit HART® digital data. EchoTREK is a smart compact ultrasonic level transmitter with 4 – 20 mA output offering an optional HART® protocol. Local reading is provided by a removable plug-in screen if viewing is not required. The four keys for programming both the display and the keys are located under a removable cover and the unit can be tank mounted only.

EasyTREK high performance level transmitters IP68 rated units have transducer and processing electronics in a single housing. EasyTREK transmitters use HART® (HART® 7 in the case of the SP-500 series) communication so they can be used. In multi-connection systems connected to the MultiCONT process controller / display or to a PC with the help of UNICOMM HART®-USB, modem or similar transmitters can be wirelessly connected to a PC with the SAT-504 Bluetooth® HART® modem.

Members of the new EasyTREK SP-500 series can be recognized from the more compact size, increased maximum measurement. Programmable remotely with the Handheld Field Communicator.

Both models can be used in multi-drop systems connected to NIVELCO’s MultiCONT process controller / display or to a computerized computer.

EasyTREK and EchoTREK can be used with the measuring ranges above with the help of the UNICOMM HART® USB / RS485 modem or similar unit.

It offers wide application possibilities up to 25 m (82 ft). Both ultrasonic level transmitters use NIVELCO’s established SenSonic technology.

Intermittent transducers with full beam angle of 5 to 7 degrees connected to intelligent electronic devices with QUEST + advanced signal processing algorithm.
