MV255 – Electromagnetic Flowmeter with Battery, Internal Memory and 3G Modem

Part of the ISOIL MV255 FLOWIZ family is a battery converter with an integrated modem. It can be configured with an insertion sensor or a flanged sensor up to DN1800. The electromagnetic flowmeter converter with MV255 3G modem also manages up to two pressure or temperature sensors.

The MV255 FLOWIZ converter has an integrated 3G UTMS/GPRS modem that enables wireless transmission of all measured flow and pressure/temperature data. It guarantees data security in communication with TSL/SLL standard encryption, saves data to reduce data transfer time and costs, sends SMS alarms when transaction threshold is exceeded.

The MV255 can be powered by lithium or alkaline batteries, the batteries can be easily changed without interrupting the measurement.

Batteries have an estimated lifespan of 15 years or more, depending on measurement conditions.

Optionally, the MV255 converter can be powered from the mains, ac or cc or a solar panel via DC link. In this case, the batteries have a backup function that prevents data loss in the event of a power outage.

The converter has a built-in logger that can store flow and pressure data with a recording capacity of 4 GB, ensuring years of recording.
The device predicts potential problems by constantly monitoring various sensor parameters. Equipped with advanced diagnostics thanks to BIV (internal verifier).
