Minicam’s SOLO PRO 50 pipeline video inspection system features a robust and compact pan-rotate laser camera, engineered for accurate inspections in small-diameter pipes. Integrated dual-aligned lasers and distance sensors enable precise pipe diameter and defect measurements. The durable, reliable coiler frame houses Minicam’s unique extra-flexible pushrod, helping to navigate tight bends and lateral entries with ease.

Pan-Rotate Laser Camera

Expertly engineered from stainless steel and aluminum, this robust camera offers maximum pan and rotate flexibility for small-diameter pipe applications, starting from 60mm. The camera includes an integral distance sensor and dual-aligned visible lasers to ensure accurate pipe diameter, defect, and object measurement directly from the SOLO PRO+ control unit. The precision camera lens and four ultra-bright LEDs guarantee clear, defined, high-quality inspection images.

Shipped with ProPIPE+ Reporting software as standard, SOLO PRO 50 has everything needed to inspect pipes, document findings, and create detailed on-site reports. It captures detailed footage under tough conditions and its interface offers robust tools, including observation entry and reporting options, and accepts USB and SD media for easy offloading of data, videos, images, and reports. SOLO PRO 50 is WiFi-enabled, allowing remote access to stored images and data. The new SOLO PRO 50 combines a host of features that deliver an improved user experience for efficient inspections and accurate reporting.

Extra Flexible Rod

A new extra flexible rod has been specifically developed for the SOLO PRO 50 system. Semi-rigid with a tough outer sheath, it is available in 40, 60, and 100-meter lengths.

Quick and Simple to Use

With just a 3-step menu selection, users can instantly share PDF reports, images, and footage via email or upload WinCan Reports to WinCan Web for secure, immediate, team-wide access online. To start sharing, all that is required is a 3G or 4G Wi-Fi connection. Users can create the hotspot using their smartphone.
