A comprehensive remote monitoring and SCADA infrastructure was commissioned by Aykome Engineering to enable All Alçı to track the fill status of field gypsum silos through a centralized and reliable platform. The project focused on real-time visibility of critical level data for shipment planning, stock control, and uninterrupted field operations.
Site-Specific Measurement and Monitoring Architecture
The application combined Aykome’s ENDUCO remote monitoring approach with radar-based silo level measurement technologies. Level, alarm status, power, and communication data were made traceable for each silo, while an integrated operator interface was designed to present field equipment status from a single screen.
Operational Tracking and Alarm Management
The system displays the material level inside each silo in real time and makes critical information such as low level, active alarm, and operating status easy to follow. This allows shipment teams to identify site requirements earlier and manage filling, planning, and customer communication processes with greater control.
Efficiency and Scalability
The commissioned infrastructure has made it easier for All Alçı to manage field silos centrally while improving logistics planning, stock continuity, and operational visibility. The flexible SCADA screen design and expandable monitoring architecture were structured to support the integration of additional silo groups in the future.
