SUR-457 – IP67 protected meter is equipped with a universal input, type: 0/4-20 mA, 0-10V, 0-150 mV, Pt 100/500/1000 or TC (K, S, J, T, N, R, B, E). Only one type of input is available during the measurement process. As the main advantage, this device has a large 57mm high display that offers ultra-bright red, green and blue as well as multi-colored LEDs. Thanks to its tight housing with a high (IP 67) protection class, this device is particularly suitable for operations in harsh environments. Due to the wide variety of characteristic curves (linear, square root, quadratic, user-defined and volume characteristic for cylindrical tanks), meters can be used in various process control systems. The 24V DC / 100 mA output is designed to power measurement transducers and the RS-485 port enables data transmission in production process monitoring systems. The REL / OC control outputs can adjust the level of the measured signal and are controlled according to one or two threshold values. In addition, the meter can be equipped with analog outputs according to customer choice: active current output, passive isolated current output or active voltage output. The meter can be configured using the remote control or via the RS-485 communication port with the free S-Config software without the need to open the case.
