Markaj Paint Factory

Chemical Storage Tank Level Monitoring Project

A level-monitoring-focused SCADA infrastructure was installed by Aykome Engineering at Markaj Paint Factory to enable more reliable and sustainable tracking of chemical storage tank levels. The project aimed to provide operators with real-time, centralized visibility of critical stock information that supports production continuity.

Tank Level and Process Visibility

Level data collected from storage tanks was transferred to the SCADA screens, allowing operators to monitor tank fill status through a clear and visual interface. This structure makes it easier to observe the impact of raw material availability on production processes and supports field decisions based on up-to-date data.

Alarm Tracking and Operator Control

Critical level thresholds and alarm states were defined within the system to help identify overflow, low-level, or unplanned downtime risks at an earlier stage. The SCADA interface provides a simple and functional monitoring experience so operators can quickly evaluate tank-based conditions and plan the required actions on time.

Contribution to Production Continuity

The installed infrastructure increased traceability across Markaj Paint’s storage operations, reduced the manual control workload, and created a more predictable process for production planning. Its scalable architecture was designed to support the future integration of additional tanks and process points within the factory.
